Cloudyn wanted to increase awareness of its cloud cost management platform and cost optimization tool, as well as its integrations with major cloud platforms AWS, Azure and Google, through PR.


  • Engaged with analysts with high media visibility, incorporated Cloudyn data and insights in Cloudyn’s story, and partnered with customers, including Fortune 500 companies Live Nation and Proofpoint to promote the benefits of Cloudyn cloud optimization and cost management in case studies and in the press
  • Developed marketing content for AWS re:Invent and Microsoft Ignite, and provided media and analysts with access to customers at those events


  • Analysts contributed significantly to Cloudyn’s media visibility by referencing Cloudyn when discussing the demand for cost optimization tools
  • Engagement with customers contributed to good customer and cloud vendor partner relations. Microsoft announced the Cloudyn acquisition in June 2017
